I chose this resort looking at the previous reviews and loved the experience. Why you should stay here: Unique Kerala style villas, very warm, courteous and hospitable staff, lovely local cuisine, wonderful location (peaceful area but yet 1.5kms from the main town) Some suggestions: 1. Pick a villa with a forest view 2. Stick to the local cuisine. The chef and team are very good at it. Would recommend you to avoid asking other cuisines to be prepared. If you are looking to still eat other cuisines would recommend you to try other restaurants in the main town 3. This resort will require to climb a few steep steps so if you have senior citizens along with you, you can decide accordingly 4. There is no kids play area since it's a small property. 5. Major tourist attractions in Wayanad are about an hour on an average from this resort. Overall, would definitely recommend this resort for a 3 day getaway. Understand from the staff that they have a bigger property coming up close-by with similar Kerala style villas and I'm definitely looking forward to visiting this one too.

We stayed at this property for a family get together. Since there were 9 of us, we took the 3 bedroom villa. We were so glad that we got that villa because it has one of the best views. Coming to the property, it is a small but well maintained property, with beautiful lawns and a nice view. Rooms are spacious and has all the amenities. Bathroom is clean and well equipped with hot running water round the clock. Our villa had a small courtyard inside which opens to the sky. We were lucky enough to get some rain in the evening and enjoy the rains inside our villa. I can confidently tell you that this has been one the most memorable stay that I had in a long time, thanks to the excellent service that the staff provided always with a smiling face.

We had a great stay in Thejas. Staff is very helpful and went out of their way to meet all our needs which included a trip to hospital for back pain. The food was delicious and serving of very high standards. Will recommend this place to all who visit Wayand . They Also arranged trips to sightseeing places . Look forward to visiting their new place coming up soon in wayand
